01 Aug 2022 | 08:55

Pac-12 Conference Commissioner George Kliavkoff will speak to the media for the first time since USC and UCLA announced their move to the Big Ten Conference.

Trojan and Bruins will not be full members of the Big Ten Conference for another two years and will have representatives at LA Live to represent their respective shows at Pac-12 media day.

USC and UCLA were ranked third and fourth in the pre-season Pac-12 media poll, behind Utah and Oregon.

Midfielder Caleb Williams, an All-American freshman at Oklahoma in 2022, was one of five Trojans selected by the media to be on the pre-season conference’s first team. Williams and winger Shane Lee will join coach Lincoln Riley for media day.

Rerun Zach Charbonnet, who won’t be attending media day, was the sole pick of the pre-season conference’s first team for UCLA. Winger Jon Gaines II and defensive back Stephan Blaylock will represent the Bruins along with coach Chip Kelly.

UCLA will speak to the media at 3 p.m. PT while USC will wrap up the event at 3:30 p.m. PT.
